I, the undersigned, understand that the purpose of a rock chip repair is to prevent the damage from spreading further. While the repair may improve the appearance of the chip, it may not be completely invisible.
Additionally, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
No guarantees - Rock chip repairs are not guaranteed to be invisible. The primary goal is to prevent further spreading.
Risk of Crack Spread - During the repair process, the chip may crack further due to the existing stress on the glass. In such cases, a full windshield replacement may be required at my own expense.
Release of Liability - I release and hold harmless Royalty Auto Glass, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability for damage that may occur during or after the repair.
Warranty - If the repaired chip spreads within 90 days of the repair, Royalty Auto Glass will apply the full amount paid for the chip repair toward a new windshield replacement.
